Mr. G was a good customer. We transported a tractor. He was a very nice customer to work with. We would transport again.

The shipment was picked up and dropped of in a timely manner. We had a bit of trouble with an oxidized battery connection when trying to start vehicle to remove from trailer, but carrier had a handy jump start device which did the trick. I have subsequently sanded the oxide off the terminal and everything is A+.

Everything went as expected, pickup and delivery times as stated. The one thing I did not know is that shipper only accepted payment in cash or paypal. It took a while for me to arrange for the person on the receiving end to have access for my paypal account to make payment. Other than that everything went great and I would use Gaisrui again.

Shipment was delivered in acceptable condition. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected but I had not stated when I needed it so the Service Provider had a right to wait until he got a load comming my way. I would have appreciated knowing more precisely when it would arrive as we where just going out and it arrived. Made us a bit late to our appointment
