Underscoping of job by client admittedly created issues. Quickmoves tried to resolve issues but was unable to complete the job & did not accurately communicate the status of the job at their departure which was unsupervised (mistake by client). Client discovered incomplete status from home buyer which created an issue. Client would have gladly paid more to resolve the issue, but Quickmoves did not communicate the problem. Result: costly, fast response challenge & more to move for client.

Pete and Angela treat their customers as they would want to be treated. They communicate frequently to update you on the plan and status, they meet their time schedules and they make sure your property is protected from mistreatment throughout the process. I plan to use them again to move the remainder of our goods following sale of our home.
