Overall Tommy did a good job from the promptness of the pickup and delivery and the travel time, but it was disappointing to find only one person was available on the truck at the receivers end to unload instead of two which the carriers information states. As a result, the receiver had to help unload which shouldn't be the case when your paying someone to do that already.
A few of the fine china items arrived broken but I guess that can happen no matter how well its packed.

Extremely pleasant people. However, in response to the feedback, I had loading labor in FL but traveling north alone was a last minute unfortunate incident, it is not normal practice for our business. Also, customer neglected to tell me the 250lb massive dresser that was listed as 100lbs was going to the 4th floor of a manhattan apartment building with narrow, winding stairs. This lack of information prevented me from hiring labor in NYC until I had already arrived. -Tommy
