I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I got into an accident and am waiting on roadside assistance to help me get my trailer tire fixed and it is taking longer than expected for them to get here and I have a Dr appointment at 6am tomorrow morning and now won't have time to pick up and deliver

Working with Paul was the best experience I have had on UShip in the five years that I have been using it. Paul was on time, communicated at each step and was great to work with. Can't imagine an easier transaction!

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Dan made three appointments for pick up and missed all three. He had an excuse each time which seemed reasonable the first and second times it happened. He missed our first appointment because someone ran into his trailer, the second he was having trouble with the DOT, and today he can't get a flat tire fixed.
I reached out to him to ask how he would like me to handle his review, but he did not respond. So, I am the one who looks bad to my customer because "I" am not delivering on time.
