When the transporter arrived, they demanded extra money ($600 on top of the $1000 we agreed on) in order to transport my trailer. They claimed it was heavier than advertised. How did they know? I'm not sure, but I was desparate. There's no way it cost them that much more to transport it even if it was heavier. I had to pay it or they would leave. It was extortion.

The shipper added almost an entire apartments worth of stuff inside of his pontoon boat. It was also not wrapped as we had agreed on. The shipment was just for a boat and trailer. Yes I didn't know exactly how much more it weighed but it still wasn't the agreed upon load. The tires were also flat on arrival and we had to change them to make the trip. It was supposed to be "road ready". I got there a few hours ahead of schedule (which he was upset about) which worked out because of extra work.

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am very upset by this. I have worked so hard to get this shipment lined up and have been left in the lurch at the last minute. This is incredibly unprofessional and should not be allowed. On top of that you want me to accept the cancellation and not get a full refund? outrageous! He should be kicked off the platform for failure to perform. I should get a payment from him for his failure. I should not have to suffer, he should. I don't care what his reason is. This is horrible!!!

This boat was long and the mast even longer. just under legal limit and we moved it in very high winds, proper planning and strong skilled professionals did the work. we would love to help when she needs to come back towards california. Just give us a call. Thanks for the Trust

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My trailer had problems that we couldn't resolve in a timely manner. The service provider, Marc, was terrific and worked as hard as possible to help resolve my problems. He is a GREAT guy and we both felt badly that we couldn't get the trailer in shape for him to leave. I would still use this service provider for anything. He's a quality person.
