I had a great time delivering this car. Many people were admiring it on the way there. Payment was made promptly after delivery and he was there to help me unload. I would ship a car again for him in a heartbeat. Extremely easy to deal with and flexible to accommodate my schedule.

Did a good job. The bikes tank was damaged by the shipper but he paid for the damage.

I at no time admitted that I damaged bike. I was informed 36hrs after the delivery that there was a dent in the tank. I was the transporter in this transaction and not the shipper.

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time Seems like they are good guys, but they need to improve on communication. Not able to reach them on the phone and they don't call back. They also very rarely respond to emails or text messages.

Customer accepted bid with delivery within two and a half weeks. We contacted him upon booking with us to find out he had not even won the auction item yet. We then stayed in contact with him following him winning his item to keep him up to date on when we could try to fit him in our routes. He seemed very eager to get his item quicker and did not want to wait for the agreed upon dates,so he re-listed the shipment. All phone calls and texts were answered within 2 hours (No e-mails exchanged).
