After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Customer has too many demanding questions, just feel uncomfortable and feel this will be a problem shipment

This is very amusing to me. My "demanding" questions were the following: (1) Do you have DOT and MC numbers? (2) How can I purchase additional full value insurance for my item?
I am very sorry to hear that I have caused anyone to feel "uncomfortable" by asking these questions.

Service Provider canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I find this pretty amusing. My "demanding" questions have been persistently asking these 2 things:
1. Do you have a DOT and MC number
2. How can I purchase full value protection insurance for my item?
I am sorry that this was considered to be too demanding, and that it made anyonl uncomfortable.

Truly outstanding! Intelligent and careful approach to getting a heavy and bulky object out of the house and into the truck--these guys are experienced and super nice! Highly recommend!
