What an easy transaction, boat dealer delayed Mike at pickup. He was extra carefull with the boat and trailer and arrived right on schedule, even with having to replace all the tires on the trailer. This is the way all transactions should be. Mike went above and beyond what was expected of him. Thanks once again from Anthony

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipper couldn't load item.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it. This is a tandem axle trailer that does not weigh 700 lbs. We were the second TSP dispatched on this load.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The driver was told by the seller (EBay) that the trailer was heavier than I stated. What they were looking at was the axle load rating (it's a german trailer, so everything is in German).
