The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The trailer was not specified to be the correct weight online. So we showed up and found the correct weight and it would not work, it was too heavy for our pickup. Will need specific vehicle for transport.

Transporter showed up to pull a gooseneck trailer with a shortbed pick up truck and could not hook to gooseneck

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bob! He is great to haul for. He kept me updated on the bad winter weather, so I could avoid the ice, and gave me the business names in addition to addresses for pickup and delivery. Set everything up for me nice. He is helpful and pays as agreed. Was a pleasure and would do business again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Transport tried everything he could but a short bed truck is tough to pull a gooseneck trailer. Great communication from transporter. Highly recommend.
