Communication was EXCELENT as well as the condition of my bike upon arrival. My move was from East-West Coast, and out of everything (Truck,furniture & other ítems) moved by other companys this was the fastest and smoothest of all my thing to make it here. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have not been able to speak to anyone at the company. The deposit was paid the documents where faxed the same day, and I was told vía e-mail that pick up would be aranged 1-3 days after completeing booking, going on 3 weeks almost I still have not heard from anyone all I get is the same voice messeging saying that the rep's are busy with other customers or theyre having power issues due to an accident in the area. Aparently Gizzmolink is overwhelmed with work.

Gizzmo Link has agents on hand 24/7. You can contact us via Phone, Live Chat Online, Email. Shippers vehicle was scheduled for shipment 2 days after booking. Client called and requested for us to put the order on hold for a week, we agreed and was going to reschedule the shipment however client found another carrier and did not notify us. Gizzmo Link sent a truck to acquire the vehicle but it was no longer available.
