The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Unfortunately this person has zero TL experience and a VERY inaccurate account of the issue. There was an equipment break down, there were multiple people in continual contact w her @ all time. If they had not waited last minute we would have had an alternative!

We have plenty TL experience. I was told two days in a row that this shipment would be picked up. I had to receive a call from my supplier that they never showed. The owner, Jim, was incredibly condescending and would not take responsibility for their mistakes. I have never had such a horrible experience with a shipper.

Only giving 4 stars because he got our tank here safely. Expect little to no communication from this driver. Awarded shipment 6/20. Never heard anything from him until 6/22 after several calls. Was told he would pick up 6/23. Never showed or heard anything until 6/24 after leaving multiple messages. Finally picked up 6/24 and delivered 30 minutes after loading hours on 6/25. Would have been perfectly happy if the driver attempted in any way to let us know the status of our shipment.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have never had such a horrible shipping experience with a company in my life. The first day I was told the pickup would be made at 10:30am. Then it was changed to between 3 & 4pm. They never showed and never called. I had to call them at 4pm at which time they told me their truck broke down. The second day I was told the pickup would be made first thing in the AM. Then it was changed to between 2 & 3pm. After several calls back and forth the driver never showed again. Because of this company's
