Jackie did not leave me alone, she had students help me and there great vies and fun putting the barristers bookcases together (I was not involved on that) she is well loved and great to work for.

I Would Strongly advise to not get involved with Jackie. After booking she made up her own dates and demanded next day delivery on 600 miles distance. And she figured out that we obligated to assemble her new furniture( not in contract) Even though out of good heart we set up her couches and heavy desk, and shipped more items than on the list, and at the end she left us bad feedback! STAY AWAY!

It appears that Mr. Andrei and I have a difference of perception on how the delivery process occurred. I did not demand next day delivery, I asked for a delivery date to be honed in vs. a date range so I could plan accordingly. My rating of Mr. Andrei reflects what I experienced as unkind and hostile. Please note the previous review with my one other use of uShip. It was a seamless and pleasant encounter with my last provider. Thank you for reading my response to Mr. Andrei's comments.

This was an AMAZING experience. I would hire JDempere again in a minute. Very good at being in communication, warm personality, very thorough and caring with sentimental furniture items that were transported cross country and delivered on time (even a day early!). When it turned out that I was not in town for the delivery, JDempere stayed a few extra hours to put the items together since I was not there to do so myself. Very caring. Very attentive. A person who goes the extra mile! Thank you!

Paul was a delight to work with. Very flexible, warm, friendly and exceedingly capable of moving a load! I would hire him again in a minute.
