Good communication. Took a bit of coordination to make it work but the cost was very reasonable.

care of goods, we were going to pad wrap and shrink wrap items, and customer didnt think it was needed, yes we did have scheduling problems, do to the fact that, we had to wait of other customers to arrive and wait for business to provide unloading areas, so a combination of things through timing off, the main thing was that the piano arrived safely in the same condition it was picked up in, and yes we do specialize in moving pianos, hope this carifies everything thanks, bgs
