The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After several emails between the service provider and myself and several misunderstandings I’ve decided not to have him ship this boat –

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After many many attempts cannot make contact with the service provider. He stated that he picked the unit up but indeed he had not.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider contacted me by email and said that he could no longer pick the boat up and deliver it as he had personal issues.

We were told that the boat trailer needed new tires so I Paid them $240. On the way out they had two blowouts, when questioned they were tires and rims he had that he sold me not new When the boat got to our dealership it had two of the original tires and rims and two smaller undersized tires and rims which I had bought from them. I was led to believe that I was buying new tires for the boat trailer, I don’t appreciate them trying to deceive us-it needed new tires

Jason picked our boat up when he said he would and he delivered it when he said he would. The whole trip went as planned however I feel very confident that if there were any issues that may have happened Jason would’ve been able to take care of them and do whatever he could to get it delivered safely.
