The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The carrier said that they could not pick the conveyor up due to it not being crated. We have shipped this many times before, with this same carrier, and have never had this problem.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have to cancel and rebook with a different zip code. I contact member support and this is how I was told to proceed.

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time UPS continually showed up after 5:30, then each night was cancelling the pickup. I called 6 days later, pleading with them to come before 4'o clock. I was told that would be fine. On that day, August 1, a truck did show up at 4 but there wasn't "room" on the truck for my shipment, even though I had given the dispatcher the dimensions of what they were picking up. The driver said they would send another truck that day before 5:30, but a second truck never came. I called on August 2, and was told
