I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Hello-
This morning I went to pick up my gooseneck trailer and the bolt and welding to hold the gooseneck to my truck is broken. It is causing it to continuously move up and down. I don’t feel comfortable driving 6+. In the process of finding a welder that can fix it in a timely manner but didn’t want to hold anything up with the holiday. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

We are happy to say we received the truck how ever not with out incidents, the pick up location the driver hit and broke a mail box and is on video getting out and seeing it and driving off.
I received the truck to my house upon looking over the truck, the passenger side window is broken and was not previously. So now I have to replace that window before water gets in and damages the interior.

They came through in a pinch and delivered my truck on time as promised! Communication was great and they always answered immediately when i called, only issue we had was the first driver fell through so it cost me $200 more than originally agreed upon to get someone on short notice. But still over all it was a good experience.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipper has been absolutely horrible failed to pick up the load when discussed twice and first tried to use COVID as an excuse to cancel then now his trailer is broken. This provider should not be trusted by anyone.
