A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello, I am buying a used boat and didn’t realize that the brakes on the trailer were in operable. This shipper asked me specifically about the brakes And I mistakenly excepted his bid before answering his question. He is uncomfortable towing my boat during the winter months without brakes on the trailer. I believe this is very reasonable and now that I understand my situation with my trailer, I will need to find someone who can put the whole boat and trailer on top of a larger trailer in order

Randy was fantastic. He really knew what he was doing, was super conscienscous and was a great commuicator too. My trailer had bearings that were in worse shape than my seller said and Randy took the initiative to get a grease gun and marine grade grease proactively so there was no problem during the haul. I would highly recommend Randy. Thank you!

United Auto Transportation is fantastic! They shipped my modified 2004 Jeep Wrangler 500 miles without any issues. Their communication prior to pickup, during transit and at delivery exceeded my expectations. I realized how conscientious the driver was when I saw the care with which he secured my Jeep to his trailer. I could not be happier with the whole experience and plan to let them know the next time I post a new shipment on uship. Thanks!
