The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This was posted as five goats... 4 doelings and a buckling... totalling 200 lbs... which roughly equals 40lbs each... I have transported 40 lb kids before several times... and have appropriate holding/containment structures/systems for animals of that size... the buckling in this case was over a year old... and was fully horned and larger and taller than my 100lb dogs... he would not have been appropriately contained in the crate I brought for him... two of the doelings were over 60 lbs... and t

We had never seen the goats and could only estimate by our previous experience with other Spanish goats which we had delivered to us previously. We were equally surprised to learn of the size from the shipping agent. I am sorry it did not work but I never intentionally misrepresented anything.

Really nice couple was willing to work on delivery times. Was never bothered with unnecessary calls. Good communication.

Working with Zack and Tanner has been a great experience. They did a great job with the move, were very careful with our belongings and were easy to work with on dates, time, everything. Very nice, hard working young men. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a mover.

Rick has to be a saint in the disguise of a human. He has bent over backward to help us with this shipment. It was a very challenging move and if not for Rick I don't think I would have lived through it! He was where he said he would be when he said he would be. He was extremely responsive to emails and my panicked pleas when anything went wrong. I have not met too many people in my life as kind and caring and I give him the highest recommendation I could possibly give.

Excellent transporter. My cow was well cared for and arrived in very reasonable time frame. We were kept informed of the transport throughout the journey. I would definitely use this transporter again and do recommend them.
