After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Cancelling a shipment without any kind of contact, I understand it was a miscommunication with the pick-up location. But there are 2 different people and phone numbers given when the freight is set up and neither one was aware that this shipment was just being cancelled without notice, until I called and asked why it hadn't been picked up yet.
