I wish everyone was as organized as Jacob. He had every detailed worked out. He even knew about google maps having his address in the wrong spot of town. I would definitely work for him anytime. Blue got a great forive home and it couldn't make us any happier. Thanks again Jacob for everything.

Nice folks at the pick up and drop off locations. Black lab bird dog and will make a good bird dog. Glad everything checked out OK upon arrival. Would be glad to transport again

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The shipper was very disrespectful to Teresa and sending her nasty text messages while she was driving. We tried to pick up earlier which created drama and then we said we would just continue shipment as regularly scheduled. Accused us of canceling, said he was going to call Uship on us so now we are canceling.We do not feel comfortable moving forward, can not get a hold of buyer via phone,u have to text to get a reply back. I no longer need my item(s) shipped The puppy that the shipper was to pick up became ill and was unable to be shipped voiding the sales agreement between myself and the buyer. The shipper was very understanding and was very great to deal with on the phone throughout the ordeal. Fortunately they had not yet began transit to pick up the puppy so was able to cancel without conflict.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipment scheduled for weeks, time constraints on the shipment which was spelled out in the bid. they wanted to pick up early which would not work for buyer. They hunted a reason out since they realized they were a week early on the shipment. Info was sent on May 6th and the miscomunication happened between Tammy and Theresa on information. They said they were calling the buyer on may 6th and buyer still has not heard from them to this date. They wanted to pick up dog and keep for a week
