The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time we have reached many times over emails, texts and phone calls to the shipper, each time he tells us he will pick up next week, it has been over one month and 1/2, and the store owner were never contacted by him, when he told us he made 4 attempts? I cannot believe anymore excuses for the pick up of this piece.
I have to provide my client ( who purchase the table) and adequate service and we need the table!! And I have wasted an considerable amount of time pursuing this, it is a complete failure

Unfortunately Russell didn't complete the shipping as he did agree previously, and it was a very difficult shipping situation when it didn't need to be, I couldn't recommend his professionalism, sadly.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hello Dmytro,
As discussed previously, my client is in hurry to receive the armoire and cannot wait anylonger, we have found a shipper who can deliver this Friday and I need to do this to accommodate this client.
