He demanded for additional 70% of our agreed quote price because he picked an addional item without authorization from me. Though he called but i missed his call. I called back but he did not respond. The weight i stated was an estimate. While i tried to negotiate for the 70% increase in price for the extra weight, he was very rude, unpolite and excessively tempramental. He threatened taking the cargo to Regina. I paid addional 33% of the quote. He collected 100% of the money before delivery.
