This shipper could easily make a phone call or e-mail and state he cannot complete the commitment. I paid additional storage waiting on Tony and never received any correspondence. Frustrating, why does UShip allow Tony continue to post his services.

Jeff and Linda completed the delivery as promised. I was contacted upon pick up, updated through out they're trip, and took delivery within the set time frame. Jeff and Linda experienced mechanical problems (which can happen to anyone), THEY rented a U-Haul and completed the deliveries!!! I would highly recommend for any shipping needs, I have found a excellent shipper. DO NOT select a shipper who has a history of not contacting clients or based solely on low bid.

thanks randy for your feed back and thanks for under standing thanks for offering us a place to stay the auto shop that took us for all most 800.00 will never enjoy that money my god will take care of me and my wife so all i can say is god bless that auto shop but as far as randy he is a great person to work with ha randy if we ever get back out to co i will give you call thanks for ever thing and god bless you

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have left 4 voice mails, numerous phone calls and an e-mail trying to contact the shipper. Shipper left a voice mail stating Aug. 2nd or 3rd would be pick up and deliver end of week, I called warehouse Aug. 9th, unit hasn't been removed. Initial correspondence stated the unit needed to be removed by Aug. 10th or additional daily storage fees would be charged. I cannot wait, pay storage and wonder if the shipper will pick up the unit.
