I did not show up at agreed upon date and time First off, I think thegentleman is confusing the U-ship deposit as and insurance payment because we never received nor requested an insurance payment. Secondly he is right we were a day late, the original day was 24 hours earlier but was still 10pm actually it changed from 10pm to 6 the next day to 10pm again but either way, NOONE knew about the 7pm time limit for commercial vehicles. I don't think he knew either or he would have told us and we could have made arrangements with our contact pers

Tim at Thompson transport did a great job. He kept me informed about pickup and delivery times. He went out of his way to get my shipment moved. I was moving a small boat and even went to the extent of retrieving it from a beach so he could ship it. I would use Thompson transport again and recommend Tim to my friends.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper showed up but it was later than expected and the seller of the item I was having shipped couldn't get approval for a commercial vehicle to enter a gated property after 7:00 pm. In addition I paid for the insurance on the shipment which didn't occur so I need a refund.
