Of course after too much of trouble the shipment has arrived. Due to the way the Shipment is done with the Flat bed carrier, the transmission got damaged and I spent around $4000 to fix it. I wish did not avail of this type of small Flat bed trailers, rather proper use of Car carriers. Of course I did not login after this move occurred, today I logged in here for some other request and decided to update what I went thru.

This order was from two years ago. In the past 2 years, we never heard from this customer- not one time. Had he reached out, we would have provided insurance from the carrier which would have covered any damages incurred during transport. Being that the claim was never reported to us, or the carrier, we can only try to help now after the fact. We wish the customer had called 2 years ago, instead of leaving this feedback. Also- not sure how a transmission would have been damaged when on a trailer

Service was excellent. They came on time and did a great job. We were not very good in our estimation despite that they loaded everything without much fuss and we settled it at the end.

It was a very good experience. Most experienced and responsible person handled my car and received it in a great condition. Whenever I called and enquired, both the Agent and the vehicle operator were very responsive and cooperative! It worked well for both of us! I did what I stated, they did what they said they will do! Great work folks! 5 Stars!!
