The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time For the third time in the past month or two, Southeastern has failed to pick up timely from this shipper location. We will try a different carrier for this outlet in the future.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is the second time, recently, at this pickup location, that Southeastern has promised to be there to pick up by 5:00 PM and has not shown up. Supposedly the dispatcher spoke with their driver(s), on both occasions, and was assured they were en route to pickup but may be 15 -20 minutes late. Our shipper stayed over an hour waiting both times, before giving up and going home... We had to make hotshot arrangements to fulfill a promised delivery schedule.
