After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The courier did not reply to any of my emails, uShip website message, text message or answer machine messages that I left. I managed to speak to someone twice having rung both landline and mobile numbers umpteen times. Both times I was assured someone would call me back to arrange a collection time/date. This NEVER happened. The last time I spoke to someone they said their van had broken down and would be out of action till the end of the 3rd week since booking collection. Their advert
