TRANPORTERS BEWARE: This is THE WORST CUSTOMER WE HAVE DEALT WITH in 6 months on USHIP. WE COULDN'T HAVE MADE HIM HAPPY NO MATTER WHAT. HIS UNPROFESSIONALISM AND TANTRUMS AS WELL AS PROFANITY WERE TRULY ABSURD. DO NOT SHIP FOR HIM. THANKS Terry & Connie, Eagle, Globe and Anchor LLC.

I expected no less from this shipper! waited over 4 weeks with various delays and a ton of excuses. Paid immediately had all paperwork and all information to him promptly there was no waiting for me. I had to make all calls and could not believe the unprofessionalism. stall tactic after stall tactic because he was trying to get a bigger load to make more money. 4 weeks and when I did go to meet them waited for over 4 1/2 hours. THe negative issued to me here is expected due the type of shipper.

great guy to work with..some scheduling issues but eventually were able to make it work on both ends...prompt payment..good exerience hope to work with again

Unbelievable! You want excuses than use these guys! trailer issues to truck issues to weather to funerals to not having the right license to scheduling and on and on.... Over a month delayed and when I finally did get to pick up bike I waited over 4 hours in the middle of no-where and I am not the only customer who they pissed off on this trip. Communication was up to myself it was like pulling teeth and when you did get an answer it meant nothing because an excuse was coming in the next sentenc

We did take longer than our usual time frame on this apologizing and deducted 50% of the cost of this shipment. We planned a delivery with 4 other customers, one that had a funeral and we delayed our delivery due to this. As far as communication, I (Connie) have never been talked to in such a manner in a business transaction. RICHARD made sure that the profanity that he practices hit every one of our employees ears. We WILL NEVER SHIP FOR THIS CUSTOMER AGAIN. SEE FEEDBACK BELOW.
