ERIC and company (I apologize. I don't remember his partner's name.) were FANTASTIC. Unexpected issues-Holiday, cold weather & overland travel to Alaska-were handled nicely. Eric kept me and AK family apprised. Was obvious from first phone call that he cared that we were pleased. He was taking my piano to my grandson in F'banks and treated the move like the "event" it was! We were all very pleased. Highest recommendations for Eric and uShip! Nice guys, too!!
