I'm not sure if I'm a one off or not, but my experience with this shipper was not great. I was told initially my shipment would arrive 10 days after pick up, but it took closer to 30 days. Delays happen. I just wish the communication had been better.

Normally o adhere to shipping dates but it's kinda hard during winter months with weather and then add on the fact the delivery location isn't living at the residence yet. Scheduling delivery was a nightmare. Even when I showed to deliver the delivery location contractor was no where to be found and wouldn't answer my phone calls. So delivery delay wasn't all on my end.
