Very impressed with Joe & Brandon! I've already recommended them to friends & family members. Communication was prompt, cost was reasonable, and it was obvious that great care was taken with my belongings. I was treated with kindness & courtesy. They went out of their way to meet my moving needs. In fact, when my husband forgot to remind Joe to load two important patio chairs (which consequently got left behind) Joe offered to bring them to me with a future load. That's real customer service!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved At my request, Joe kindly agreed to allow me to cancel and then will re-bid this job for me after I made a mistake and mis-read the delivery dates in the bid. This is my first time using Uship and I wasn't sure what I was doing. Thanks Joe!
