I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I have tried to reach Clint through email, text and voice the last few weeks, but have not heard back. I would like to find someone else to handle the shipment.

I enjoyed my experience with Don at Stingray. His communication is great and appreciated. The bikes seemed to be well cared for. The timing was a little off, but it was well communicated and doesn’t warrant taking a star away. In this case, 11 hours didn’t make a difference especially in an effort to get Don some sleep and stay safe. I will be using Stingray again and again.

I appreciated Russ' constant communication throughout the shipping process. We spoke personally on the phone before and after pickup. This is the type of service I expected and wasn't disappointed.
