The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The vehicles were ready starting today (09/20) to be picked up, but the customer stated that we didn't contact him about the shipment. We did call and email the customer, we received the full information regarding the shipment and were ready to start working on the shipment. Also, we had a driver who could pick up all 4 of them today (on the first available date) or tomorrow, but the customer informed us that he is willing to ship it himself.

We discussed it will be ready after 20th Sept, we are good to make this happen, I just got a cancellation request from you that we never communicated with you, but we sent you an email on same of booking, you sent us details but were waiting on time of pickup so we can start working on it.
