Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward I have explained to the customer that the business that she is claiming is mine is not mine. I have very satified customers that I have moved through the Uship marketplace. I am sorry thatshe has made this decision, but I hope that her and her kids will get moved safely.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I can't afford the move due to finacial set back and there for I have to try to sell my furniture. I called Dan this morning to cancel, he was very nice,but he told me to contact uship,pease refund me!

Shipment was delivered in acceptable condition (minor damage may have occurred despite careful packing and loading)
Service Provider was professional and communicated adequately
There were minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances and the Service Provider did their best to accommodate the situation.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider I found out that the information did not check out the BBB. states this provider has a F on his acct. He lied to me and said that the company is not his company but it has his name and the same phone number on the acct. I am a mother of two and I can't be taken advantage of.
Response from APMOVINGSERVICES:
I told this lady that company was not mine, and don't know who's it is but I am working to find out. I have never even spoken to her and never told her any lies. I requested that she accept my bid and then make her decision. I never told her anything via messaging that was misleading. I hope her and kids get moved safely. God Bless You.
