I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment i reached out to both parties letting them know that i broke down and i would let them know as soon as service van came to diagnose my truck. after getting diagnosing on the truck it needs parts that werent available same day, i reached out to both parties and i let them know that i was unable to pick up vehicle due to the fact that ithe truck was going to be out of service till next week.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider is not actually a service provider ! They have NO trucks or equipment! They are a broker who placed the lowest bid to move the car in a specified period of time and then once they got the listing the called me and quoted 50% higher to hire a real trucking company to transport the car. They agreed to continue to look for someone to move the car at the price that they quoted but I asked them to cancel the shipment so that I can repost it because they said they don’t offer any

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked the shipment with Marvel on 3/16 based on them stating in the bid that it would be picked up in 5 business days which would be 3/23 . On 3/24 the shipper explained that the 5 business days that they quoted for pickup was only an estimate and stated that there is an industry wide delay in the shipping business and asked for patience. On 3/31 - more than a week latter it still was not picked up yet so I hired another transport company.

Amaze Balls! Very experienced driver - more like McGiver! On a Sunday we were stuck in Montreal because they would not let us take our WaveRunner through a commercial lock and he came to rescue! He didn’t have a watercraft trailer but didn’t matter! He rented a open landscape trailer and new just how to SUSPEND out Waverunner in it so it didn’t get scratched in the bed and carried us 30 miles around the lock over land!!!!! You won’t be disappointed with this driver ever. We rode in his truck !

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services service provider was to pick up package within one day and deliver within 6 days. it has now been several weeks and the package still is not picked up yet. They didn't represent in their bid details that they REFUSE to call the pick-up location to make an appointment for pick-up and they NEVER answer the phone and they take DAYS to return emails which makes the process a NIGHTMARE! I have at least 30 emails and phone calls into the company over the last several weeks. After making calls for th
