Even though there were some issues at pick up ultimately the item was picked up and in route for delivery. Had to be driven could not be trailered but we all made it work and I think the shipper for being workable as well this was a Good guy

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment After a nightmare, of a trip & major problems with the shipment that would've put me, within 400 miles of this customers shipment, I'm no longer feel comfortable with towing an unknown/unfamiliar trailer. I had expressed this to the customer & explained the circumstances that had transpired with the trailer I was to tow to Chicago. I was surprised that he had not yet canceled/re listed, since last we'd spoke, I told him I was trying to figure out how to get that other trailer to Chicago, since I

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Tom J was the receiver of this shipment. The “shipper” would not package the shipment properly. Freight Carriers will not accept a shipment unless it is on a pallet!
Response from Tom J.:
The item requested to be shipped WAS palletized with a picture of the item sent to you for confirmation. After 2 weeks of the item not being picked up, I inquired as to why and was told that the item either needed a larger pallet or needed to be shrink-wrapped. The item was then re-palletized that day with a picture being re-sent to the service provider. Pick-up again was never accomplished and thus the order canceled.

Great company to work with. Very professional, communicative and accommodating. There was some minor damage to one of the items they transported which they noticed and brought to my attention before delivery. I have utilized hotshot transport delivery services on at least 10 occasions and would highly recommend VailWorks.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment IronMike01's bid was accepted on 2/5 with dispatch to take place by the end of the week. IronMike01 caught a cold and was delayed which was not a problem, but I requested an updated ETA. I received an email from uShip on 2/10 that IronMike01 had been dispatched. On 2/12 IronMike01 emailed that he was having trouble with another load. Again, no problem, but I requested an updated ETA. After several calls & emails, it was not until 2/18 that IronMike01 emailed me saying "I'm done with it all"

Outstanding company to work with. I had a last minute large and somewhat difficult shipment to book and jltfreight took care of everything seamlessly and efficiently. Responsive communication, very competent and thoughtful driver, polite staff and reasonably priced. This has been THE best company I have booked with on uShip thus far and from here on out, may be the only company I solicit. I cannot say enough good things about working with jltfreight.
