A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We arrived in the area after business hours and were unable to contact the person in charge with the shipment of two tables. After repeated attempts to contact this person we had to leave the area due to heavy rains and logistical reasons. This person states they could not find us on some security camera they may have. I don't even know why that's relevant. While the end user would like us to pick up the tables apparently this person does not. They need to find another shipper. Good Luck.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We are cancelling this shipment due to extremely poor communication. The specific hours for pickup are stated explicitly in the shipment listing. He says he showed up outside those hours. I've searched our security footage and cannot find him showing up. Our contact number is stated in the listing. He said he had been texting us. We didn't receive any texts or missed calls from his number.
