The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time this shipment was booked, but YRC never showed up. I have gone with an alternate carrier.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Our Vendor shipped the freight without our knowledge or permission. We now were hit with a charge from them on shipping the freight even though we didn't authorize it. The shipment is no longer at the location of pickup, and there is no need for your company to do anything for us since this was already shipped.
