Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward The customer knew from the start that I Placed my bid lower for him because I was transporting his trike in another customers trailer and that the trailer was not able to be picked up till today. I did and do have permission from the trailer customer to add freight in route. my intention was to try to get his shipment to him before thanksgiving, I am sorry for the miscomunications my profile and feedback speaks for itself and I am sorry for any miscomunications on my part Rod

Took good care of the trike. Delivered enclosed and tied down properly. Very friendly and communicated very well. Had weather problem down south but called with new delivery time and kept me informed, then delivered right on new time. Will do business anytime with Jay. Thanks again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider Profile said one day pick up and 2 day delivery. But after accepting bid I find 5 day pick up and 5 day delivery. I find after accepting bid the trailer he will use is another customers and has to be picked up in Florida first. He also did not send proof of insurance as requested.

this was truly a misscomunication on both ends I am sorry for my end of it. The customer was told that I was waiting on another customers trailer and it would be shipped this week
