The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment didn't return call on the 23rd of sept. went to pickup and was not there. tried calling again today they didn't know what i was talking about. can't waste any more time on this load. stanpsmith52

I did not show up at agreed upon date and time I booked the service between the 11th and 13th and the shipper only arrived to pick up on the 14th. I had already made appointment to tropical shipping for the boat to be delivered there, but the shipper said there was no booking number, so I try to get a booking number as soon as possible, and when I send the booking number, the shipper said it was too late and now he only can deliver my item after thanks giving, but thanks giving is too late for me, I explained I have urgency for my item to be

When I tried to call you, the number that you left under customer contact was Tropical shipping. They told me I could not deliver the boat to them unless I had a Booking number. This was at Noon on Friday. I could ONLY contact you via Email and I said, I would not pickup the boat untill I had a booking number. By the time you sent me the booking number it was after 230pm and the Port Closes at 4pm and wouldnt reopen until Monday at 8am. 2 full days later.
