Courier couldnt do it depsite winning and although it was late, he really bent over backwards to arrange another courier to do it and that speaks volumes about customer service.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Seller reports that Shipper attended to collect item before he confirmed that payment had cleared (while I was on holiday) and would not release the item to shipper. Have tried to contact shipper several times on my return to see what he wanted to do (by email and text) but have not had any reply, so now need to move to cancel. Sorry. Response from budgetmoves: Yes, we had been away and I think there was mis-communication. Kimberley did ALL she could to resolve the matter to no avail. We DID attend to collect the item, but were turned away. We were unable to reach Kimberley at that time because she was on holiday

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No contact at all, notice no name on the Uship details, just company name. One telephone disconnected and the other rings out with no answerphone service. Not even the common decency/sense to get one of the other staff or a family member to make a telephone call to customers. Has caused us acute problems. There seem to be quite a few unreliable U-ship shippers who are giving the service a very bad name. Shame.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period No return of email, telephone calls (no voicemail) or contact via uship. Just got back from holiday and rather disappointed and have an unhappy but very helpful ebay seller who will wait for me to find another courier. Again another new Uship shipper with a (0) feedback.

Nice and easy transaction - no need for telephone calls and messages - we did it all perfectly with Uship and text/email. As we are often doing these collection for work, it is nice not to have them 'messy' and taking too much time communicating. So, yes, great, thanks. Very good service. They asked if they could delay collection and it really made not difference to us and the seller. We underestimated the weight and we sorted out the small difference afterwards. Very, very professional I have to say - in dealings and execution of the job and their attitude. Thank you.
