Very pleased with this new U-Shipper. So easy to deal with, concise and polite communications and very easy to deal with. The items were antique oak doors which had to be shipped from rural Wales to West London. He was the only bidder and did a great job at a very good price and I didnt worry about the shipment (which I have done with some shippers due to communication issues). Would absolutely use again and can now consider Wales as a viable location for buy architectural antiques! Thanks

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Both delivery and collection address were same on shipment (clear error not misrepresentation). I didn't notice this until I was asked to give road names after accepting the bid. The item is in Wales and we are in Richmond! I cannot see what the shipper was bidding on in first place (no-one else bid!) I told shipper I did not have the address on me as I was travelling for work but would do it as soon as I could, but what I did know was it was in Wales. Then I received cancellation request.

I quoted to collect and deliver within the same post code in richmond was then informed that delivery was in Wales( somewhere)
I asked for new address to requote- this was not supplied (Wales is a big place)!

What's not to like. Did exactly what he promised to do and understood completely what delivery of a dismantled staircase meant and read and understood the shipment brief. From contacting the seller to delivering, communication was perfect. Cannot recommend enough and would most certainly use again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider never did this shipment, as you will know and I had to get ti done myself as I recall or lose the items.

This is one of the few exceptional U-ship couriers we have come across. We are busy and they are busy so efficient communication between the Ebay, seller and buyer (us) is vital. Ian helped us unload all 28 desk tops into the back yard and it was all part of the service. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as an honest, trustworthy and reliable courier. The Ebay seller was very happy with him also.

Having had no response for 2 wks from SM when shipment first listed, he sent a message on re-listing, apologising & wanted to make good and pls can he do this and 2nd shipment together. We agreed & booked via Uship. He only did the 1st, arrived v late at night & left the bathroom suite in front garden of our bakery - thankfully nothing taken. We then chased hard with 2nd shipment and communication really poor. Eventually got hold of him and he said he had broken his foot and can we re-list......

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This is the second time this provider has done this to us - we have waited weeks for this second shipment to be delivered. After us chasing him he informs us he has broken his foot and will be out of action for four weeks. We now have a very unhappy Ebay seller at the other end of the country and need to urgently find someone else. No doubt other shippers will think it is us and not want to bid. Very disappointed.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period After he asnwered my question and agreed a date, I accepted the quote and paid the deposit. Neither the seller, or myself or U-ship have had any communication from the provider. Very disappointed as expected an experienced u-shipper to behave better towards customers.
