A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Due to the flooding conditions in Iowa shipper was not able to complete the transportation. Although shipper was willing to make extrordinary efforts to complete the move it on his time and dollar I have made other arrangments. I would not hesitate to use this shipped in the future. His services and customer care are top notch
