A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved im stuck in alabama with a customer who does not have funds, bad check, i cant just leave 2800 dollars sorry

keith is really great to worth with first class all the way we did out best getting to him but it seem like non stop to his bikes and back to him was snow and ice and rain keith we are sorry few days late we did out best and to stay safe and not hurt any thing hope you will let us try again and show we do well all the time

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper did not show up for an item pickup on time and had poor communication. Ended up costing our company over $125 in storage fees from supplier. Buyer beware, low priced but unreliable.

i was in dallas on the day it needed to be picked up. i tried to reach him and he did not answer. he did not tell me that 4:30 would be to late. so we had to continue our trip. we ended up in alabama and stiffed on a payment of $2800. i did talk to him on phone and try to find another shipper for him. i texted and emailed as well. i have many references that i am reliable.

I think I found my guy! Taylor took care of my bikes from start to finish; despite 3 of the 4 not even rollable without dollies. He was also able to back his trailer into an alley drivers that past drivers haven’t even tried. I definitely recommend Taylor and I expect to use him in the future. Thanks for everything!
