Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Shipper misrepresented the dimensions and weight of shipment,shipper said I had to disassemble and reassemble.This was not listed on auction nor discussed. Shipper made no effort to disassemble. This was a very large wall unit bed, the armoire listed was 7ft tall not 5ft tall, the bed also was 7ft tall, shipper became beligerant and demanded that I get a bigger truck, I tried to accommodate by coming back in 2 weeks, shipper refused.None of the items were 30 pds, the bed alone was over 100 lbs

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The service provider had correct measurements and descriptions of my furniture to be shipped, showed up, and refused to take the items. He had complete disregard for our contract

This Shipper misrepresented the Weight, Dimensions and "Demanded" disassembly and re-assembly of a very large Wall Unit, I offered to come back in 2 weeks and pointed out that assembly and reassembly was "Also" not in the bid. She refused my service, became argumentative and demanding. The Shipment was misrepresented Plain and Simple demanding does not change the situation nor the fact that this was a waste of time and fuel.

Gregg was very nice, very professional. We were sending a bed to our son who has unusual work hours. Gregg worked around his schedule for delivery, and even delivered a care package, too. I highly recommend Gregg, and would certainly work with him again.
