Rick provides the kind of transportation service that is difficult to find these days. From initial contact to delivery he was courteous and professional. Even provided windshield protection to prevent potential damage from stones and road debris. Pickup and delivery went smoothly and in accordance with mutually agreed upon schedule. Excellent service at a very good price. Good communications & updates from start to finish. Trailer was picked up and delivered as requested and as promised. When difficulties arose with auction staff not willing to load the trailer Kim took the initiative to locate a crane service and then spent the better part of a day jockeying equipment across town to make it happen. In my experience this goes well beyond expectations. I would use this carrier again and highly recommend it to all shippers.

This service provider was selected only after being assured that he could pick up my load within 5 days and deliver within 10 days of me accepting his bid, as per the listing. 24 days has now passed and my machine has still not been picked up. In fact it has been collecting hundreds of dollars in storage charges sitting at the sellers yard and in accordance with the agreement has the right to seize my property and resell the asset. Excellent communications and outstanding service. CADCO was well equipped to transport and deliver this load. The driver was proactive and kept me informed of his progress, adhering to the schedule as promised. At destination Rob expertly maneuvered his rig in a confined area and deposited the wellsite trailer precisely where required. Overall an excellent transaction. Shipment was delivered safely by a Canadian based Owner/Operator trucker brokered by Abacus. All communications were satisfactory, with Abacus responding quickly to queries and the transport driver providing frequent updates on his progress. Excellent assistance from the driver during unloading. Note: Abacus did not accept Visa for payment even though that option was listed on UShip site.
