A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We could not get the shipment picked up in time before my employee had to fly home. Box had to be shipped vie UPS

15 boxes were delivered to me. Shipper promised to tarp the load and they made no effort to do so. All boxes arrived soaking wet and falling apart from the cardboard being soaked in the rain. I called the driver before they left to make sure they tarped the load and they assured me the product was safe and dry. On the morning of delivery the driver ignored my multiple phone calls in an attempt to delay delivering hoping the load would dry out. I would not recommend.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Shipment was picked up but never delivered
The shipper picked up the package and called an hour later to say that they are no longer able to go to Washington (canceled order from another customer) and cannot deliver the box. They then returned the box to me at my house
