Jorge was great, the machine needed batteries, he got right on that, he took care of everything, never had a problem with him at all. I am sorry that I have to cancel this one. Jorge is a very understanding person to work with, things just didn't work out on my end. Tried with two separate trucks, their loads ended up growing no leaving enough room. I have no one else that can do this in the time frame. Christine
