Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Daniel's sale on ebay did not go according to plan & no longer has a bike to ship. We communicated with Daniel & would appreciate the cancellation explanation to reflect that we are not at fault. His explanation for cancelling is sufficient, but we just would like the reason for doing so changed from 'CUSTOMER FEELS I MISREPRESENTED MY SERVICES' to 'CUSTOMER NO LONGER NEEDS ITEM SHIPPED'. The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The Company that was selling the bike waited to see if the auction price would be higher than the local price. After auction ended I contacted the dealership about the bike and they retracted the bike for the local price they received was higher. Therefore, the bike is not mine even though I was the high bidder on ebay.
