my driver is in ohio going to the customer! was in a bad accident, i had to fly to ohio to see if they are ok , and check on damage to the truck! i tryed to contact customer and let him know, but cant get ahould of him !

Very good experience! Kevin went out of his way to accommodate me and my schedule and took great care to make sure my belongings were delivered carefully and quickly. I would use him again without question!

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Less than 24 hours before shipment, service provider says he is unable to ship and did not make an attempt to contact me to cancel. Received an email from him after I called him and left a voicemail message when I received cancellation notice via uship. This is a move from pittsburgh to Baltimore and I have no time to make other arrangements. Shipper has offered no alternative other than a straight cancellation.

Joe was amazing. He and his son were courteous and concerned from the day of the move, packed and handled all my items with expert care and were quick to make a couple of adjustments to the schedule/location when those became necessary for me. Nobody could have communicated better! All in all, an outstanding experience. I highly recommend them and would use their services again!
